liability for contents

The content of our pages was created very carefully. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, we are liable under §7 par. 1 TMG for as per general law for our own contents, but as per §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor external information or check for circumstances that point to illegal activities. All liabilities to remove or inhibit the usage of information as per general law remain untouched. Such liability is only possible, however, from the time of an infringement becoming known.  Once such an infringement is being detected, we will immediately remove this content.

 liability for links

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, of whose contents we have no influence on. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for these external contents. The actual provider or operator of the sites is responsible for the content of the linked site. The linked sites were checked for possible infringements at the time of linking. Illegal content was not discernible at that time. Incessant controlling of linked sites' contents without specific indications of an infringement is unreasonable. As soon as an infringement is detected, we will remove the affected links.

It is generally possible to use our website without declaration of any personal data. This data will not be handed on to a third party without your explicit consent.  ADSp

We are working exclusively according to German Freight Forwarders Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp), latest edition. These limit in paragraph 23 ADSp the legal liability of damage of goods in case of damage to goods while the cargo is in the care of a forwarder to € 5/kg, in accordance with §431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB); in case of multimodal transports, including sea transport to 2 SDR (special drawing rights)/kk plus, in addition, per damage or event to 1 million € or 2 million € respectively, or 2 SDR/kg whichever is greater. If we are liable according to the provisions of the Convention of Montreal of 1999, clause 27 ADSp does not constitute a stipulation of alternative maximum liability amounts in the meaning of section 25 of the said Convention. Clause 27 ADSp shall also not be considered as an extension of our liability through imputation of default by agents, representatives, employees, subcontractors or other third parties in the cases of art. 36 CIM, art, 21 CMNI or section 660 HGB. Otherwise clause 27 ADSp shall remain unaffected. Insurance will be covered only on receipt of written instructions, and not as insurers.

Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
